My laptop was 17 days old when it suddenly said it wasn't charging even though the charger was plugged in. We switched chargers, same problem. Did a google search and visited the Toshiba support forum. I was surprised to find that tech support know of this issue and how to fix it. We tried it last night and so far so good. Other than this I love my Toshiba and especially the keyboard. I havent' had any issues with the keyboard as others have reported.
